Dates: 21–24 June 2027
Venue: KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm
Theme: Intelligent Public Transport Systems for Sustainable and Resilient Cities
Public transport plays a vital role in enabling sustainable, accessible, and inclusive urban mobility. As cities worldwide strive to reduce emissions, congestion, and energy use, innovation in planning, operation, and data-driven management of public transport has never been more critical.
The 17th International Conference on Advanced Systems in Public Transport (CASPT2027) will be held in Stockholm, Sweden, from 21 to 24 June 2027, hosted by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. It will be organized in conjunction with the 12th International Workshop and Symposium on Research and Applications on the Use of Passive Data from Public Transport (TRANSIT DATA).
Together, CASPT & Transit Data 2027 will bring together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss the latest advances in methods, models, data, and technologies for improving public transport systems. The conference continues the long-standing tradition of integrating scientific excellence with practical applications that support sustainable and resilient mobility.
Stockholm provides an inspiring context for this event — a city known for its integrated, sustainable transport network, innovative use of data and digitalization, and commitment to climate-neutral mobility.
Join us for four days of keynotes, paper sessions, technical tours, and networking opportunities during Stockholm’s midsummer season. Stay tuned for updates on call for papers, programme, registration, and technical tours.
